The Best Option Mortgage $100 Visa Gift Card Giveaway (“Giveaway” or “Promotion”) is sponsored by Best Option Mortgage (“Sponsor”).

2. Promotion Description
Best Option Mortgage is proud to participate in the VFW Veterans Resource & Community Open House and to connect with veterans, military families, and members of the local community.
Eligible individuals may enter for a chance to win one (1) $100 Visa Gift Card by completing the official giveaway entry form during the Promotion Period.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on March 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on March 7, 2026 at 3:00 PM Pacific Time (“Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to:
Legal residents of the United States
Who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, may be excluded from eligibility at Sponsor’s discretion.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
5. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must complete the official giveaway entry form during the Promotion Period and provide the required information requested by Sponsor.
Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise expressly stated by Sponsor in writing.
Entries must include accurate and complete contact information. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, late, misdirected, corrupted, or otherwise invalid entries.
No purchase, loan application, or other transaction is required to enter or win.
6. Required Entry Information
To be eligible, entrants must provide accurate contact details sufficient for Sponsor to identify and contact the potential winner. Required fields may include:
First name
Last name
Email address
Phone number
Any additional eligibility confirmation requested on the entry form
Accurate contact details must be provided in order to ensure that Sponsor is able to reach and contact the winner.
7. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) $100 Visa Gift Card
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100.00
No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or expired gift card after delivery to the winner.
8. Winner Selection and Odds
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will take place within a reasonable time after the close of the Promotion Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided on the entry form on or before March 15, 2026.
If the potential winner:
cannot be reached,
fails to respond within the time period specified by Sponsor,
is found to be ineligible,
fails to comply with these Official Rules, or
declines the prize,
Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor is not responsible for failed attempts to notify any potential winner due to inaccurate, incomplete, blocked, filtered, or changed contact information.
10. Prize Conditions
The winner may be required to verify eligibility and identity before receiving the prize.
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize, if any.
11. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, likeness, and/or statements related to the Promotion for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without further notice, permission, or compensation.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity, administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive, fraudulent, misleading, or unsportsmanlike manner.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claim, liability, loss, injury, damage, or expense arising out of or related to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
technical failures of any kind,
lost, interrupted, or unavailable network or internet connections,
unauthorized human intervention,
incomplete or inaccurate entry information,
failed communications,
or any other error that may occur in the administration of the Promotion.
14. Privacy and Marketing Communications
Information collected in connection with this Promotion may be used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact entrants, and deliver the prize.
If an entrant separately chooses to opt in to receive promotional emails, calls, or text messages from Sponsor, that entrant’s information may also be used for marketing purposes in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices and applicable law.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter or win and is not a condition of any purchase, loan application, or prize claim.
15. Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of California.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
16. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send a written request to Sponsor after March 15, 2026 and within a reasonable period following winner confirmation, subject to applicable law and privacy considerations.
17. Official Rules / Sponsor Decisions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
